Perivoli Village
The properties are only a 5-minute walk from the village center, where you'll find cafes, a mini market, bakeries, and a taverna. There is also a butcher and a vegetable shop nearby.
Take a stroll through the charming centre of Perivoli, where you can wander along picturesque lanes and visit historic churches, including the 17th-century Agioi Saranta, Agios Theodoros at the heart of the village, Agios Athanasios, and Panagia, located just opposite our properties. For a more adventurous option, drive or hike up to Mount Pantokratoras, where you’ll discover a monastery and a trail leading to the secluded, sandy Megas Choros Beach. Perivoli is uniquely situated at the narrowest part of Corfu, providing access to both the Ionian and Adriatic sides of the island.
On the Ionian side, Kalyviotis Beach offers a quaint port with breathtaking views of the mainland. It’s a local favorite, known for its sole taverna that serves fresh, traditional cuisine. This beach is the perfect spot to relax, sip a cold beer or coffee, and enjoy the stunning purple sunsets and the sight of fishing boats drifting from the picturesque bay.
On the Adriatic side, Santa Barbara Beach boasts a sandy shore set against dramatic mountain backdrops. The path to the beach is lined with restaurants, and the clear waters are ideal for swimming. From Santa Barbara Beach, you can walk to Marathias Beach, where you’ll find more beach bars, restaurants, and cafes.
Surrounded by olive groves and rolling hills, Perivoli is the only place in the island of Corfu offering the unique experience of enjoying both the Ionian and Adriatic seas within a short 10-minute drive from each other.
